How does our snow removal service work ?
We operate in 2 stages.
Opening mode: A fast pass to ensure the quickest possible flow of traffic in your parking lot.
Clean-up mode: Our drivers come back for a full and complete cleaning after all our customers have had their “opening” mode. We ask that cars and other vehicles be kept out of your parking place in order to maximise the snow removal service.

A snow alert is a message sent by text message, automated call or e-mail when the driver comes for the LAST TIME during a storm. This message alerts you of our arrival and allows you to clear your parking lot of any objects or vehicles to facilitate our operations.

Absolutely. This situation indicates that the driver has determined that the parking lot is too slippery and that the risk of damage is too great. That's why it's so important to spread plenty of salt in your parking lot during snow events. You can also remove the snow near low walls so that the tractor can blow it away to prevent the formation of hard snow or ice on the edges.

All damage repairs and treatments are carried out in the spring (between April and June), or promptly in the event of an emergency.
All damage must be reported promptly by e-mail to info@lesjardinsdebrossard.com, with photos showing the damage and a brief description so that our team can assess it as quickly as possible. No. There are several reasons why your driver can plow your neighbor but not you. (Example: your neighbor isn't on the same side of the street as you, an object or car was blocking your driveway when he passed, your parking lot was slippery, your neighbor belongs to a different route from yours, etc.) Don't worry, all our equipment is equipped with GPS and geolocation systems to facilitate our operations. Your driver will therefore know that he must do you driveway.
